Hepatic Artery Pseudoaneurysm after Hepatic Transplant - Endovascular Treatment with Graft Stenting

Hepatic Artery Pseudoaneurysms (HAP) after liver transplantation are rare and associated with high mortality. Different treatment options exist for HAP, which include surgical intervention, radiological coil embolization or stenting retransplantation. We describe a case of patient presenting HAP transplantion, that was successfully treated stent grafting, allowing preservation the arterial flow minimal risk organ failure. Endovascular intervention should be regarded as choice, either in symptomatic asymptomatic patients.
